Tecnocut snc, was founded in 1987 in Maniago (Italy) as a manufacturer of sports knives under the Viper brand. Tecnocut's mission has always been to shape high-quality products by combining technologically advanced manufacturing processes with tradition and craftsmanship. Following this philosophy, in 1992 the first series of Damascus steel blades was produced. Over the years, Tecnocut achieved artistic prestige in the industrial manufacture of Damascus steel and Damascus wire. The offer was successively expanded with the introduction of new materials (high contrast, stainless and super stainless Damascus steel) and models. Modern market trends and product sector evolution pushed Viper to adapt and change, further differentiating its range and cooperating with new designers, with new series of high-tech knives, including liner lock, back lock ( back lock) and frame lock, and using advanced materials such as sintered steels, carbon and titanium. The use of Bohler N690Co and M390 Microclean steels treated with state-of-the-art hardening processes and modern finishes, such as PVD coating or shot peening, put their tactical knives at the forefront and first class for reliability. Silvestre with cooperation brought milestones to the company, such as the Timeless, Quality, Drop and Gent gentleman's knives, specialized knives such as Boletus and Plus and tactical knives such as Fate, Start, Italo Turn. Its "Regionali" series, is a collection designed by Silvester that eventually has 18 models, each available in a print run of 1000 knives: Viper has skilfully reinterpreted traditional knives, improving safety thanks to the innovative "Action Stopper System".

Over the years, Tecnocut has expanded the range of Viper knives manufactured in Maniago, adding to its elegant knife tradition a variety of highly technological and innovative models, always in the name of maximum efficiency and with a different style but always inimitable and unmistakable.
