Blade Made of Stainless Steel 5Cr14MoV

The blade is crafted from corrosion-resistant stainless steel 5Cr14MoV, known for its durability and ease of sharpening. With a hardness of 56–58 HRC, it provides reliable performance when working with wood, leather, ropes, and other materials travelers often encounter. The blade length of 70 mm strikes a perfect balance for a neck knife — long enough to handle tasks without overburdening the knife. Its 2.8 mm thickness ensures the blade won’t bend or break under moderate load.

Metal Handle

The handle of the Techno Bee SSH is part of a full-tang steel construction. It’s a true skeleton knife, where the shape of the steel profile doubles as the handle itself. With no extra materials, the total knife weight is only 75 g — a crucial factor for neck carry. The handle remains a practical 100 mm in length, providing a secure grip for most users. This allows for confident use even in precision tasks. A lanyard hole at the end supports neck knife lanyards, giving you flexible options to carry it on your neck, belt or gear.
