Small enough to fit on a keychain, yet capable of tackling serious cutting chores, the Spyderco Ladybug® is a deceptively powerful cutting tool. Designed for in-pocket carry, Ladybugs are clipless and feature injection-molded fiberglass-reinforced-nylon (FRN) handles, sturdy back lock mechanisms, and a non-slip Bi-Directional Texture™ pattern. This elegantly simple construction makes them ideal for inclusion in our Salt® Series of ultra-corrosion-resistant knives. The smallest members of this elite family, Ladybug Salt models feature hollow-ground blades crafted from H-2—Spyderco’s most corrosion-resistant steel. The blades proudly include our Trademark Round Hole™ as a symbol of their Spyderco pedigree and to allow convenient, fingernail-free opening. The standard Ladybug Salt has a modified clip-point blade and is available in both PlainEdge™ and fully serrated SpyderEdge™ configurations. For enhanced cutting power, especially on netting and fishing line, the Ladybug Salt is also available with a hawkbill blade and SpyderEdge cutting edge.
