Ham holder made in SPAIN. The base is made of black PE-500 polyethylene and the hardware and spikes with AISI-304 stainless steel. With the rotating sleeve system, the ham can be rotated the desired degrees, without having to release the leg. Its design allows us a horizontal, easy and comfortable cut. For a perfect hold of the ham holder, we have equipped its base with four non-slip silicone legs.

The lower piece where the ham mace rests, is made of black PE-500 polyethylene; Its wedge-shaped design with two openings allows us to place the ham without damaging it while protecting the edge of the knives, remaining perfectly held in any position, even when we turn it over.
