Steel construction, leather interior with leather chin straps.

The size is the same, somewhat adjustable with a cord that is included inside. Absolutely excellent repro M42 German (Stahlhelm) helmet and liner.

The M42 helmet was introduced on July 6, 1942 and was the last time German helmets were updated during the war. They retained much of the design of the M40 helmets, but do not feature the rolled brim of their predecessor; this was to save time and material during manufacture.

These high-quality reproductions are made of strong, 1.6mm steel just like the originals. They have all the right accessories and have a great reproduction leather lining, with a leather lacing and chin strap.
