Antonini

AE Coltellerie is an Italian specialist company that has been working for more than three generations in the most common industrial sector in the area of Maniago (Pordenone) which has been producing blades, knives and other cutting tools since medieval times.

The present series includes a variety of knives for use in agriculture, fishing, shipping and industry and has recently expanded to also provide a specially designed series of models known as Antonini SOS for use in rescue situations. The legendary Antonini logo together with the trademark area guarantee the quality of the raw materials used and the quality of workmanship that, under the slogan "Made in Italy", means the highest possible strength, durability and reduction of the performance parameters.

The Antonini knives are assembled, finished and sharpened all by hand since 1925.
