The Wallace Bowie knife lives up to its name with its robust build and impressive dimensions. Even Jim Bowie himself would praise its striking lines and curves. In addition to its 9 5/8" (24.4 cm) titanium-coated D2 steel blade, the guard and handle are comfortable and perfectly balanced. Whether held by the figure-shaped notch or the 5 3/4" (14.6 cm) handle, the Wallace Bowie, with its 6.5 mm thick full tang blade, cuts and chops with the same precision as the very best. The G10 scales have a rounded edge that joins the tang, enhancing the grip. The Kydex sheath allows for vertical or horizontal carry and is MOLLE compatible. Mike Wallace, an experienced knife maker and designer, began crafting blades in his teens alongside his childhood friend, Andrew Demko. His talent led him to Cold Steel, where he spent 14 years prototyping and designing iconic knives such as the Colossus, Immortal, and Bushranger series.
