The NITRUM® stainless steel blade is wide and stable. The handle is made of polyoxymethylene, a material resistant to high temperatures and the abrasion of some chemicals. It has tongue-and-groove rivets, designed in steel in order to avoid wear and oxidation of the blade. It has an ideal weight and is easy to handle. Handle design in straight lines to provide an ergonomic grip.
