The Cold Steel Gladius Machete remains one of the most popular models in the Cold Steel brand's sword/machete hybrid series. It is made of Mn65 steel with a matte black anti-rust finish. The Gladius Machete features the classic guard and ball-shaped pommel of times gone by, but with the added strength and durability found in full tang construction and modern materials. They use high-impact polypropylene for the handle, making it nearly impervious to the elements and durable beyond belief. The Gladius Machete comes complete with a durable Cor-Ex sheath and belt loop for easy carrying and use.
