Extrema ratio dobermann IV Africa

The DOBERMANN IV Africa is a knife designed for hunting professionals.

With a Santos rosewood handle, its blade is made from Böhler N690 steel, the proven Austrian steel enriched with chromium, vanadium, molybdenum, and cobalt used by Extrema Ratio to manufacture its blades. It is characterized by the perfect balance of hardness, strength, and resilience, essential for effective and long-lasting sharpness.

The Dobermann IV Africa also includes an additional Forprene handle, necessary for tasks that wood, due to its structure, cannot withstand. The rosewood handle is obviously softer than a high-performance steel like our N690.

For use in typical bushcraft and survival tasks, such as cutting and pruning branches, the wooden handle must be replaced with a Forprene handle. The user can easily change the handle according to their needs.

The knife is delivered in an Italian leather sheath with a sharpening plate and a steel wedge.
