Fallkniven F2 VG-7 Zytel f2z

Fallkniven F2 VG-7 Zytel f2z filleting knife, now with a blade made of the new special Lam. VG Lobo (VG7) steel. It differs from other special stainless steels due to its unusually high tungsten content (1.25%), resulting in a knife that holds an edge better than most and is slightly stronger.
