Kanetsune Gyutou kc902

This Japanese Kanetsune KC-902 Gyutou knife features a laminated blade with a VG-10 stainless steel core and damascus, mahogany wood handle and reinforced stainless guard.  The "Tsuchime" finish makes food come off the blade quickly. Mahogany wood handles have a simple shape and excellent grip. Full tang construction with stainless ferrule. Proudly made in Seki City, Japan.
