The Kanetsune Karasu (Crow) KB283 knife model draws inspiration from the sharp beak of a wild crow; its blade features an aggressive point, and the dark finish evokes the image of the bird itself. It features a 15-layer Damascus steel construction with a "Blue Steel No. 2" (A-2) core, renowned for its exceptional cutting performance. The 125mm blade offers a highly versatile shape and a practical length suitable for a wide range of cutting tasks. The traditional *Kurouchi* finish (rustic black finish) preserves the blade's raw, rugged character, creating a bold, untamed presence that leaves a lasting impression.
The handle is wrapped in US-made paracord. Equivalent to military-spec cord, it offers a tensile strength of approximately 250 kg and a total length of about 2.7 meters. If needed, the cord can be unwound from the handle to serve as a strong, reliable rope in emergency situations.
The angled pommel is designed for impact applications and can be used to break or crush objects.
Each model comes with a leather sheath. The black leather sheath is designed to securely cover and protect the blade, providing peace of mind to the user. The belt loop features a D-ring, allowing it to be conveniently attached to a carabiner or hook for added versatility. Proudly manufactured in Japan.
