Kanetsune Sujihiki kc955

Japanese kitchen knife Kanetsune model Sujihiki. KC-950 series knives are created using DSR-1K6 high carbon stainless steel blades manufactured by Daido Steel Co., ltd. This excellent performance blade containing 0.6% carbon and well balanced composition for optimal performance adds molybdenum in its alloy. The blade finish "Tsuchime" (hammered) can cause food to come off the blade quickly. Made in Seki, Japan.
