The 91 mm long blade is 2 mm thick and made of Swedish stainless steel (12C27) with a hardness of 56.5 HRC. The edge is sharpened to a 23° angle for a perfect balance between sharpness and durability and extends to the handle, allowing for better control and stability when working close to the blade. The classic Scandinavian sharpening makes sharpening easy and provides precise control for carving and precision work.
