Nil Fonsere Hunter Brut Ziricote 5 Cents

Spectacular knife handcrafted by the Spanish Nil Fonsere, hunter (skinner) type, with a blade forged in O1 steel with a brut de forge and cooper brut. The spine has decorative work done with a file and the tang is tapered to compensate for the weight. The handle scales are made of ziricote wood with two original old 5 cent coins from the United States inserted (one on each side). The sheath or knife case is made of leather (vaquetilla) sewn by hand and with a forged steel clip with copper rivets. It is a unique piece and exactly the same as you see in the photos.
