The Gyuto Knife has a thin blade, perfect for achieving razor-sharp precision when slicing and dicing a variety of ingredients, and is a slightly larger alternative to our Santoku and Allround knives. Its exceptional slicing capabilities make it ideal for creating delicate, paper-thin cuts. However, please note that its thin edge makes it less suitable for cutting through tough substances like bone.
The blade is crafted from our high-quality carbon steel, ensuring exceptional sharpness. You can choose from two exclusive handles: curly birch or dyed curly birch. Both are treated with linseed oil to ensure a comfortable and secure grip, even in wet conditions.
Included with the Gyuto knife is an exclusively designed leather sheath, crafted from vegetable-tanned Finnish leather, offering both practicality and aesthetics for secure storage, whether between cooking sessions or when you're on the go with your knife for transport.
