Extrema Ratio ANT with spear point blade and stone washed finish. Ant is Extrema Ratio's most compact knife. Despite its small size, this model has an extremely robust, resistant, and reliable structure. The handle consists of two different elements: the anticorodal anodized aluminum grip and the hardened steel frame that acts as a blade locking mechanism (Frame Lock System). Part of the frame is bent inward to firmly secure the blade when open, thus increasing operator safety during use. There is a slot in the shaft for inserting a cord; on the right side of the handle there is a steel clip that allows the knife to be concealed in a pocket. Ant is available in 4 versions with two different types of steel, both supplied by Böhler, an Austrian company with which Extrema Ratio has been collaborating for over 20 years, using its time-tested materials to produce its blades.
