The Extrema Ratio Frame Rock is a new pocket knife based on the Ti-Rock design, a successful framelock knife created by Extrema Ratio at the request of a well-known Italian distributor. The Extrema Ratio Frame Rock features a titanium handle that offers great strength while remaining very lightweight. The integrity of the framelock locking system is guaranteed against wear by an easily replaceable hardened steel insert. Unlike its drop-point predecessor, the Frame Rock features a 75 mm long, 6.0 mm thick spearpoint blade, equipped with a channel for further weight reduction. The blade is made of Bohler N690 steel, heat-treated to a hardness of 58 HRC. It is available with a black DLC or satin finish. For an even smoother and more fluid opening, the blade rotates on ball bearings. This mechanism allows the user to adjust the force required to unlock the blade from the closed position. The reversible clip design allows for concealed carry in a pocket, making the knife invisible from the outside. The large, sturdy handle and well-proportioned blade allow this knife to handle demanding tasks. The Frame Rock weighs only 190g, making it remarkably light for such a durable knife. It comes in an ABS case.
