Extrema Ratio Resolza 10 Stone Washed

RESOLZA is an ancient name reminiscent of the Italian word for pocket knife. The centuries-old Sardinian “resolza”, one of the best-known traditional knives in Italy, has to this day been the constant companion of farmers and shepherds on the island of Sardinia in their daily work. It followed them even when they were called to war: the chronicles of the Sassari Brigade during the First World War mention the knife as part of the soldiers’ equipment. This is an attempt to revisit this traditional design according to the brand’s own standards and is intended as a tribute, not a disdain, to the Sardinian craftsmen who still practice the ancient ways of knife making and keep age-old traditions alive. This RESOLZA retains the original measurements and proportions, but is produced with Extrema Ratio’s usual high-end materials and technologies. The handle was redesigned, while the blade is more faithfully closer to a traditional shape. As an enhancement of tradition, we added a blade locking mechanism.
