Inspired by the "London" model, the Perceval Vendredi is a practical and elegant knife, ideal for eating and drinking on any occasion. It differs from the original version by the addition of a five-spiral helical corkscrew. It also includes a protective leather pocket sheath. Its blade is made of 14c28n stainless steel with a high-quality cryogenic heat treatment, slow sharpening, and traditional polishing using a buffalo leather whetstone. The locking system features a liner lock. The handle is mounted on stainless steel liners with a beautiful juniper wood bolster. Each knife comes with a protective leather pocket sheath.

Juniperus, a member of the Cupressaceae family, is one of approximately sixty species of trees and shrubs native to the Northern Hemisphere. Its wood ranges in color from pink to reddish-brown. In addition to its aesthetic and functional qualities, juniper is also valued in perfumery for its woody aroma. It's worth noting that this tree was already used in the making of ointments and perfumes in ancient Egypt. A legend says that whoever eats a juniper berry every day is cured of disease. Important: each knife is made with natural and unique juniper wood, so don't expect a knife exactly like the one in the photo; it's just an example, but each piece will be unique.

Perceval knives are made in their workshop in Thiers, where they are all handcrafted: fitting, assembly, shaping, polishing, finishing, and sharpening.
