In 1964, in a small warehouse of approximately 150 m², what would become one of the cutlery references in Brazil was founded, with designs still made on paper and almost 100% manual production, its first 3 models of pocket knives were born. . In the 80's, seeing the need to grow, they adopted new strategies and increased production by creating new items, that is when they grew and became CIMO.
With more and more clients and employees in the mid-90s, they began important investments in machines and equipment to satisfy production needs until 2003 when they implemented the automation of manufacturing processes, following international market trends, carrying out changes in packaging, new product designs with safety locks on their blades and alliances with highly prestigious cutlery companies.
In 2016 the brand was completely reformulated and new designs and functions were created for the products. At that time they had already become a company with products recognized nationally for their technology, which were beginning to be compared with the best brands in the world. Today, more than 90% of their items are laser cut, ensuring high precision and less material waste. They know that the innovation process must be continuous and they work every day to deliver the best.
