Editions G

Editions G have been conceived and created by Gregory Pohl, known in the French cutlery industry. Passionate about the different artisan techniques, he works with renowned cutlery artisans from all over Europe and beyond.
From this passion, which became his work, he had the idea of proposing a range of unique knives. The principle is simple: artisans carefully selected for the quality of their work and their fame, each one designs a knife model, which is then manufactured in small series numbered and signed.
Four series will be published each year.
