Francisco Valencia Linares (1957) is a knife craftsman from the town of Santa Cruz de Mudela (Ciudad Real) in Spain where he has practiced his profession since 1979. His pocket knives follow the tradition of the Santa Cruz de Mudela pocket knife using the same methods and Same old processes with typical materials such as bull's horn, deer antler, and different woods such as holm oak, grabadillo or cocobolo. For the blades he mounts both stainless steel and carbon steel. He makes knives of the traditional Santa Cruz type, such as station knives, machete knives, taconcillo knives, field knives, Jerezanas, cabriteras or girodia, or even reproductions of old knives.
