J. Pol – Tradition, Forging, and the Artisanal Soul of Mallorca. In the heart of Sa Pobla, one of the most authentic expressions of Mallorcan craftsmanship is born: J. Mallorca maintains a deep-rooted tradition linked to the artisanal production of knives and wrought iron tools. The old Mallorcan "ganiveters" crafted pieces for agricultural work, fishing, and everyday tasks in the fields. Today, very few artisans remain capable of keeping this historical tradition alive.
