Le Camembert

In 2007, the mayor of the village of Camembert, Mr. Jean Gaubert, authorized Guy Vialis to design an official knife for the village where the world famous Camembert cheese originated. The result is not a cheese knife, but a magnificent all-purpose EDC knife.

Guy Vialis was a budding young chef. A perfectionist like most of his peers, one day he had the idea to develop a corkscrew knife for the needs of his restaurant. And that glorious day began his career as a cutler.

The collection is both elegant and simple, practical and sturdy. Nothing has been left to chance and we can feel in his work all of Guy Vialis' love for his work and his passion.
