Ponce

Ponce knives and knives are handcrafted pieces made by hand in Asturias (Spain). The blades are usually made of ACX380 stainless steel, in 14c28n and some special ones in suminagashi or even damascus steel. The Ponce knife usually respects the traditional morphology of Asturian knives, offering the usual models of straight point, round point and mocha point. The closure system of their knives is usually friction with a faithful riveting on its stainless steel ferrule and the handles are made of the simplest native woods, tropical woods, horn or synthetic materials.
