Swiza is a Swiss brand founded in 1904 by Louis Schwab in the Jura region, initially dedicated to precision watchmaking. Throughout the 20th century, the firm stood out with milestones such as the "Levtoi" alarm clock (1918) and its 8-day mechanical movements, consolidating its position as a benchmark in the Swiss watchmaking industry.

In 2006, the company was transferred to the Bedona holding company, and in 2009, it was acquired by Mecap, part of the Merse group, and Helvetica Brands SA, which kickstarted a new era of expansion and innovation.

In 2015, Swiza made a strategic shift and entered the world of the Swiss Army knife, introducing modern and ergonomic models that reinterpret a national icon previously dominated by Victorinox and Wenger.
