Jose da Cruz started by making pocket knives in Portugal in an artisanal way, but with the large increase in orders from his clients, he had to invest in machinery to increase production and be able to supply his clients. His product catalog has been expanding little by little to become known in much of Europe and the rest of the world. His pocket knives began to be made only in carbon steel and now it has been expanded to models with stainless steel blades. Jose da Cruz, offers knives with different woods such as oak, walnut, boxwood, mutene and ironwood, even with deer antler.
