The J.J. From the beginning Juan José Martinez was very clear about his profession since, being this town an emblematic point in the manufacture of folding knives and knives for centuries, he did not hesitate, working in some companies until 1951 in which he established himself creating and making pocket knives and knives with the traditions and qualities of the Spanish Classic Knife, practicing his profession actively until his retirement, at which time he bequeathed the brand and the company to his children, which is recognized for the experience of more than fifty years and the know-how of artisan hands, selecting each and every one of the pieces that make up the knife from the steel for the blades which is cut, elaborated and tempered to the handles from which the horns of bovine, deer antler are chosen , woods and other materials that best adapt to the knife, combining it with nickel silver, brass or steel to give the piece the finish that only the hands of the craftsman know how to make.
