Step 1: Diamond-Coated Bars - Sharpening Preparation
Use before sharpening to smooth a dull knife edge.
Slide the knife across the diamond bars, gently pressing on the edge.
Step 2: Tungsten Carbide Plates - Coarse Sharpening
Use only if the knife is very dull.
Slide the knife across the metal plates, gently pressing on the edge. Repeat this process until the blade regains its sharpness.
Step 3: Ceramic Bars - Fine Sharpening
Slide the knife over the ceramic disc without applying pressure to remove the burrs from step 2. Repeat this process until the edge is set.
To maintain the sharpness, you can perform this step without performing step 2. It is recommended to do this once a week.
Wash the knife after sharpening.

Not suitable for serrated knives.
